How does the collection and delivery service work?

We arrange a convenient collection time, pick up your laundry from your door, wash, dry and iron it at our premises, then deliver it back to you, usually from same day to 48 hours.

How does your collection and delivery pricing work?

Collection and delivery is £3 for customers in our inner zone and up to £5 for less local customers. A £15 minimum service cost applies to every order, including the delivery charge. You pay the collection fee at booking, then the laundry service is invoiced separately once we have assessed your items.

What areas do you cover for collection and delivery?

We cover Burbage, Earl Shilton, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Barwell, Stoke Golding, Sapcote, Wolvey, Bulkington and surrounding areas in Leicestershire and Warwickshire. We also serve Leicester through our collection and delivery service.

What laundry services do you offer?

We offer service washes (wash and dry), wash dry and iron, iron only service, duvet cleaning, shirt service, dry cleaning, repairs and alterations, sports kits, and self service machines. We serve both domestic and commercial customers.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

We offer same day to 48 hour turnaround depending on the service. Items dropped off in store before midday can often be ready the same day. For collection and delivery, most orders are returned from same day to 48 hours.

How much does the laundry service cost?

What are your opening hours?

All three stores are open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays. Our collection and delivery service can be booked at any time.

Do I need an appointment to use Easy Laundry?

No. You can walk into any of our three stores at any time during opening hours. No appointment or booking is needed. Just bring your laundry, dry cleaning or repairs and we will take care of everything.

Do you offer dry cleaning as well as laundry?

Yes. We offer a full dry cleaning service for suits, dresses, coats, curtains and delicate fabrics at all three stores. You can also have dry cleaning collected and delivered.

Do you work with businesses and commercial customers?

Yes. We provide commercial laundry services for hotels, restaurants, hairdressers, care homes, sports clubs and other businesses across Leicestershire and Warwickshire. We offer regular collection schedules, volume pricing and linen hire. Contact us for a commercial quote.
