How do I pay in store?

Cash or card.

How do I pay for a collection?

Cash, Paypal or BACS.

Do I have to bring my own powder?

We do have powder and softener in store, this is provided for a service wash but if you are doing your own it is an additional cost or you can provide your own.

I am worried my washing will get mixed up with others. Does this happen?

When your laundry is in our shops it's labelled with the customer name and that label stays with your laundry at all times to prevent mix ups.

How do I arrange a coLlection?

Just give us a call, Facebook message or email.

Do I have to book an appointment to do my own washing?

No you just turn up, all we ask is you take into consideration the current covid19 government rules and if you are unsure please speak to a member of our team.
